As the fire changed colors,
And the flames licked the skies,
All that I thought of,
Was you and your eyes.

As the heat kept rising,
The wood burning bright,
Your face was in my mind,
Baby, you're a sight.

As the sky slowly darkens,
Turning royal blue,
Only one thing left shining,
And honey, that was you.

As time ticked by,
With only you on my mind,
Sleep that night failed me,
Cause lovely you shined.
